Bestie Wedding

"Happiness in marriage and parenthood can exceed a thousand times any other happiness."
. -Elder James E. Faust
I love this picture. It sums up how perfect the wedding day was. It's beyond amazing to see one of your best friends in the whole world get married. To know they are making the commitment to be with one special guy for time and all eternity. Alisha was so happy. Jordan was so happy. We watched her every move and we were in awe of how stunning she looked and how radiant she was. I've missed a lot of my closest friend's weddings (Andrea, Sally, Julie, Morgan, Brittany, and even my sister-in-law Mary), and it's hard to capture how perfect their days were without being there. Pictures sometimes don't do justice of the spirit that was felt and the perfect marriage sealing performed. Sometimes I wish I could rewind and attend each wedding I missed. Alisha's family did such a wonderful job on the reception. Everything looked picture perfect and I can't wait until the photographer sends Alisha the pictures!!! The dinner the night before was incredible too.

Everything was perfect.

I'm so grateful for Alisha and the memories we have shared over the years. People would ask how each of the bridesmaids knew Alisha and it was fun to say I was a BYU roommate and friend and an Arizona friend! I got to experience two major parts of her life and I'm so grateful for that. I've seen her grow in so many ways and she taught me numerous things over the years. I always wondered who would be lucky enough to marry the little fireball, and I know Jordan will be a wonderful husband. I saw the love they had in their eyes for each other and tears rolled down my cheeks as I watched the two of them make sacred promises. I didn't know I could love Alisha anymore, but sharing those moments together-the most important moments of her life-make me love her even more than i already do. What more could a girl ask for than the very best of the best girlfriends? Well, that's exactly what I got--THE BEST! :)

Oh, and p.s. Andrea and Alisha..remember when Trevor broke the chair? I will never forget that moment. lol. (i hate when people write lol).

We went out to eat and dancing for Alisha's Bachelorette party. The party was amazing and she looked like a princess (literally, with her tiara and all). And yes, I just had to whip out the leopard print for the party:) We made her do funny dares like finding someone in the mile high club and we would make random guys give her hugs (don't tell Jordan). We are so lame. Mormon Bachelorette parties are insane:)  Pictures to come of the Bridal Shower!

Bridesmaids! Trying to squeeze together in the photo booth was hilarious! It was so fun hanging out with all these beautiful girlies!

Remember how much fun your birthday party was? Love it! This feels like forever ago. I wanted to find a picture of us and this is all I could come up with. We should have taken more pictures. I wanted to find an embarrassing one from Freshman year but no luck.
We have all come so far:)

Love, Lacy Joy
