Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner...

Don't let the title fool you because this blog post is not at all about chicken..it's about WINNING! The reason I am posting these pictures is because.... 

I ACTUALLY WON A GIVEAWAY!  I WON!

I was shocked when I saw my name in bold. I never win anything! It's a $86 Shabby Apple dress and I won it from this lovely lady Brandilyn over at Cats and Cardigans .What a gem:) I have been following her blog for a while now, and she is a hoot. Isn't it funny how you can follow a stranger's blog and then end up feeling like they are your best friend?! She always has something witty to say and it's fun to get to know her through reading her posts. I just wanted to let her know that I am so grateful for her fun giveaways and I'm so HAPPY she actually picked me this time! THANK YOU BRANDILYN! I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE I WON! I was supposed to take a picture in the dress so...

 You may find my pretending to be a fashion blogger humorous-i think it's pretty humorous too:) It's definitely a lot harder than it looks. I felt so silly taking pictures BY MYSELF. No wonder my husband runs away and hides when I try to snap some photos of him. I was laughing so hard during this little shoot of mine. This is supposed to inspire you to keep signing up for those giveaways because it may one day be worth it:)

You know you have seen this pose a million times before on those fashion blogs:) lol Hi, I'm pretending to step down on the ground in slow motion so I can get a good shot of my free outfit.

You always have to have a picture where you are naturally looking down at your outfit, pretending you don't know the camera is there:)

And, of course, the shot where you pretend that you are just walking along and someone takes a random picture with-your-leg-slightly-bent-balancing-act-pose. :) Maybe one day I will have a fun giveaway on this lil' ol' blog. It's gotta be fun to give free stuff away! Probably not as fun as winning free stuff though:)
